Dear Rb,
Here are a few thoughts:

A Catenary Arch is self supporting when made from bricks. I think you =3D
would be going to a lot of trouble to make one of Chcken wire and fiber. =
=3D
Just go with a cube and build a rigid irn ot steel frame. I am =3D
attaching pics of my cube raku kiln twith screwed together braces. =3D
Clayart won't get the pics. They are in Mel's book on kilns I =3D
think..Haven't seen the book yet.

Next spraying ITC is the way to go. I do it alone with one hand using a =3D
drill to stir the ITC solution and the other to use a little $20 sand =3D
blaster from a hardware store. t (old old price). I would think brushing =
=3D
onto ceramic fiber would be a mess.

Also for ^6 you will need a lot of thickness of fiber. Check the =3D
insulation values. I have 2=3D

inches on my raku kiln.

I would think you's would need at least 4-6 inches of 8lb fiber.

Just my thoughts.
