My first Bailey wheel is almost 10 years old and worked well till recently.=
=3D
=3DC2=3DA0It first worked on and off, but then one day just stopped. The s=
witc=3D
h light comes on, so the fault must be elsewhere. Anyone has any idea of wh=
=3D
ere=3DC2=3DA0 we have to start looking?=3DC2=3DA0 I know I can call Bailey =
right aw=3D
ay, but maybe some of you=3DC2=3DA0in the group have answers for me.=3D20

Thanks, as always.=3D20

Hi Antoinette
Afraid I can't tell you for sure but I would start by examining every inch =
=3D
of the cable that runs from the foot pedal to the control box, =3D
particularly where it exits the foot pedal. That=3DE2=3D80=3D99s a high war=
e =3D
point.

Secondly I'd call Brian?? at Bailey as soon as possible. Even though the =
=3D
wheel is long out of warranty they are good folks who care. They recently =
=3D
took care of an issue for me that might have been my own fault, not too =3D
sure either way - but the thing is that they stood by their stuff when =3D
others might have cut losses and told me I was on my own for a =3D2473 part=
.

Most of my studio wears the Bailey name but I'm not paid by them - in fact =
=3D
they've never even bought a pot from me - hey=3D21 Why do I business with =
=3D
them - because they are good to me where it counts - customer service.
