self rising kiln

I am making a tiny kiln for my mini-motorhome "Claymobile". I talked to
Lowell and ordered a burner set up already.

I have the book "Alternative Kilns" and am planning to make a version of a
fast fire "rocket" kiln-fiber over fired clay form in three parts. This
idea of self rising could be a really good idea. Much better than just
thrown forms for the sides and top. I am going to play around with this an=
d
see if I can get a better insulating clay layer by using self rising
flocculated slip to make my clay. A few technical difficulties to be
worked out obviously.

The responses to my post on "Self Rising Clay" have given me some
ideas.....thanks for the replies....working small and firing in a tiny kiln
does give claywork a better fun:hard work ratio.....I think.
