Every word mentionned so far is golden. But two have, as far as I can =3D
tell, been missing: Floor and Climate.
Nothing wrong with a bare dirt floor IF THE CLIMATE ALLOWS. There are =3D
places--Tug Hill for one--where the snow gets into and under =3D
everything...and certainly with electric kilns you do not want them to =3D
get wet...
Before I invested one penny I would ask neighbors about ground =3D
conditions and drainage. Did I ever tell you about the underground =3D
spring hat burst through our cellar in NYC?? Fortunately [selfish I =3D
know] after we had moved...
