Subject: Mug Exchange and Bacia Presentation
OK, How about this Clayarters,
There are 3 1/2 hours between the end of the breakout groups (6pm) and the =
beginning of the dance 9:30pm on friday
Couldn't we do both within that time? The mug exchange usually takes about =
2 hrs and Bacia's presentation will take less than an hour. That leaves us =
some flex time.
We can do the presentation before the mug exchange or after. I would prefer=
before since the object of the mug exchange is to meet people and we shoul=
d allow plenty of time for that.
Rebecca, I'm not trying to take over, just trying to find a solution to bot=
h our problems and sometimes. With a group this size, it's better to limit =
the choices or just say, this is what we're going to do.
Would that work for everyone or does someone have another idea?
I could bring donuts for Dolita and you can all come in your jammies if you=
really want to. ;0)

This is it, then,
The Clayart Memorial SLide Show for Bacia will start at 6:30 to give =3D
people time to get to the clayart room from the conference.
Once, it's over, the mug exchange will be held.
After that, whatever you want to do next.
If people need to make a choice over this and the Potters Council =3D
Reception or something else, we won't hold it against them. ;0)
