As I brush on glazes these days--right hand not up to pouring any more, =3D
and I rarely dipped pots--I would guess that your bisque is too dry for =3D
brushing. When you dip a pot it gets quite a lot wetter than when =3D
glaze is brushed on...Blah blah.blah. Try wetting your bisque--sponge =3D
with a good wet sponge; or even dip it in water and experiment with how =3D
dry it needs to get after wetting to not have pinholes later.


My pinhole theory here is that the pinholes come from the application, =3D
and I think your 10x magnifying glass will show that.
(You DO have one of those don't you?)
