I'm a first time wheel owner and just acquired an old Brent C wheel at a
yardsale.
I got it home, turned it on, it spun for about 30 seconds and then stoppe=

The light is still on but no spinning.
I can't find any references online about wheel repair/maintenance and was=

wondering if anyone could point me in a direction on where to start figur=
