Call for Entries: The San Joaquin Potters Guild of Stockton, CA invites all
CALIFORNIA ceramic artists to enter the "Hands in Clay 2010" show. Cash
awards for best of show, first, second and third place.
Don't worry about taking great photos as this is a HAND DELIVERED ENTRIES
ONLY show. Entries will be accepted on Saturday, July 31 (10 a.m. - 4 p.m.=
)
and on Sunday, August 1 (10 a.m. - 1 p.m.) at the Central California Art
Association, Mistlin Gallery, 1015 J. Street, Modesto, CA 95354.

Internationally known ceramic artist Tony Natsoulas will jury the show. A
maximum of three (3) entries per artist will be accepted in functional,
non-functional and sculptural categories. The show runs for one month -
August 3 - September 4. The artists' reception will be on Saturday,
September 4 from 6-9 p.m. at the Mistlin Gallery.

One-Day Demonstration Workshop, September 4 from 10 a.m. to 4 pm: Artists
are invited to attend a one-day workshop with Tony Natsoulas demonstrating
"Ceramic Sculpture". Also on the workshop program are ceramic artists Don
Hall who will demonstrate "Silk Screen on a Clay Box" and Rick Uebner who
will demonstrate "Throwing Large".
