Hi:
I'm sure many of you have seen the add for the new shimpo pugmill on the
second page of Ceramics Monthly. Is it me, or does that mill bear a
striking resemblance to a Venco. Wait a second, I'll look at the picture
again. Ok, times up! That mill is a total ripoff of the Venco barrel
design and Shimpo has the audacity to call this a "revolutionary design".
Sure I'm pissed! I hate this kind of stuff and I really can't imagine why
Shimpo thought they could just pounce on Venco's design and get away with it.

In case you haven't noticed, everything in the past 100 years or so has a
striking resemblance to something else. That's what it all about. Why are
all the jelly bean looking automobiles looking alike.
Mankind has lost it's creativity because there are to many of us around, it's
very difficult to come up with something completely new. Except artists of
course, they don't copy at all right?
Open your eyes and look around, you will spend the rest of your life pissed
off.
