I'm looking for any information on the existence of associations or guilds
in the Eugene area. Thanks.

hi joy. i only know of two groups - club mud (and they're mostly a place
to do claywork, i don't think they're an actual association) and the
oregon clay association (the name, if not that, is close to that). i
belonged for a year, but they seem to be headquartered in portland, so
it was a bit too remote for me, not wanting to travel north at night
every time they had a meeting. shall we find out what would be required
to start a group here and go for it? i'd be willing to help, as a guild
or association closer to home would be nice for me too (i'm also in
eugene). if you do hear of something close by, let me in on the secret!
