Hi Po,
Bowker is the official dispenser of ISBNs in the U.S. You can find out =3D
how to get one at
http://www.isbn.org/standards/home/index.asp
Then you have to get a graphics file of the bar code to incorporate into =
=3D
your publication.
It has been a while since Ron Roy and I got ours for "Mastering Cone 6 =3D
Glazes" so I won't try to tell you the details--they have probably =3D
changed.
