I am not familiar with crystalline glazes,
only with "micro-crystallines"
3 things to consider :
1- Stability of crystallines,
2- Possible toxicity of raw materials,
3- Types of firing.
Lead-cadmium-free glazes would not worry me,
but I question the durability of those glazes, when used for alimentary
purposes, because of their low contents in alumina
and silica.
