I have been using Icelia clay from Clay Planet for several years and =3D
just recently been having trouble with a ring crack on my bowls. I =3D
changed my firing schedule to slow cool from 1945 degrees F to 1500 =3D
degrees F at 150 degrees an hour. Yet I still have a ring crack on two =3D
of my pieces. Should I slow cool down to 900F?
Does anyone have any suggestions? I read about cracking in Hamer's =3D
Potter's Dictionary , but still feel very frustrated about how do deal =3D
with this. Why is it starting now? =3D20
