This last show I did, I was offered a table for display. I did not =3D
understand that I wasn't expected to use the table, it was just there if =
=3D
I wanted to use it. I found out, last minute, that I could bring my =3D
shelving units if they fit into a 10x8' space, but by then I was already =
=3D
so thrilled about the idea of not having to lug my shelving there, that =3D
I just went with the table idea.

Here is what I did: I draped the table with four yards of white crushed =3D
velvet (on sale- woohoo!), leaving the back open, and in the center I =3D
draped black crushed velvet so that it made a triangular peak down the =3D
front of the table. On the table, I placed lots of painted white wooden =
=3D
boxes of different heights and blocks. I spotlighted the table with =3D
those cheap bendy black desk lamps. Off to the side, I placed a grouping =
=3D
of sonotube pedestals (ala David Henley) with painted wooden tops- nice =3D
routered edge (thanks, Hubby!). On the other side I put my mug tree. It =3D
holds 20 mugs.=3D20

For my shiny porcelain pottery, this was a great look, with minimal =3D
lugging. The sonotubes fit inside each other and the crushed velvet =3D
doesn't wrinkle. AND, all of my bags and gear and boxes (fit into each =3D
other) stored under the table, so I was able to pack up without having =3D
to go get my boxes.

It was a great sale for me.

I would like some better lighting though.....

Cripes! That's David Hendley, not Henley. And I meant to also say that =3D
the painted white wooden boxes were made to nest inside each other, too.
