What are your recommendations for oxide washes?
If dipped, runs and drips are unsightly and if you try to
work over the drips and runs and re-apply,
it only thins the application and further wets the work to
not accepting any more 'stain'.
Is keeping the oxide stirred and sponging on,
waiting until dried and then
lightly rub off with dry cloth for highlights...
the best way to oxide coat a figurative sculpted piece?
