I totally agree. Think it through well. NEver give them prices/terms on the=

=3D0Aspot.=3D0ASometimes there are orders from hell and others from heaven=

I always think through things for several days and sometimes longer before =

=3D0Aconsidering a custom order.=3DA0 (It actually took me 6 months to desi=
gn/p=3D
rice a =3D0Acustom wall installation, but I was being paid by the hr, desig=
n =3D
time, to do =3D0Athat.)=3D0AOnce a customer calls more than twice, about co=
lors=3D
, designs, etc...or emails =3D0Amore than twice....you are not even sure wh=

they want and may not be able to =3D0Aplease them.=3DA0 Then the order is =

finite No!=3D0AOn one occasion, I actually sent a deposit back to the lady =

cause I knew that =3D0Awas happening...and realized it was not meant to be.=
