need advice on electing a camers for making simple how to videos..=

I need to make some various like 3 or 4 minute 'How To' Videos, and, to be
able to post them on line and or into a Forum.


I sent off for an el cheapo Video/Audio Camera-thing supposedly suited for
'SKYPE', and it totally sucks and can not handle movement of the subject
matter.


What would be a good choice for me?


Where do I begin???
