My mistake, I thought I was told it was a tv series but radio it is. $42
for us is incredibly cheap when you think of the erudition and research
which went into it and all those illustrations and photographs which you
can't see on the radio. I am getting an awful lot for that money.

I saw some of the 100 objects when I was at the Museum this past
summer, as I was listening to the radio broadcast already, but the
book wasn't out yet at that time.
If you buy books over =3DA340 there, the shipping is free.
I have the all the episodes on podcast. I was especially interested in
the David Vases. There I learnt that blue and white ware is not from
China, but the middle east because of Khakis Khan. Good stuff!
It's is free to get into the British Museum. My first glaze group
meeting was at the British Museum courtyard. Only one person, fellow
London potter Linda Bloomfield, showed up. Fast forward to now, I
heard she has just wrote a glaze book and will be published some time
in the UK in 2011.
