You propose an interesting task. I wonder which member of Clayart will be
the first to generate that surface on a potter's wheel..
I suspect that if the X axis is manipulated into a circle the Euler Line
will map onto a torus, an easy form to create on the wheel.
Speaking of Chemistry, the Code LCAO was at the forefront of my waking
conciounceness this morning. A troll through the memory translated it to
Linear Coordination of Atomic Orbital. "And what?" I thought, " has that to
do with Clay Plasticity".
