Hi Clayart:

I need your opinions to help me plan a course I want to offer
this coming summer semester (July or August).

I have long experience making tile murals for public art spaces.
And lots of slides of the process over the years.
(see dianapancioli.com/public art)

I would like to offer a course, maybe one week or two which
would cover the topic thoroughly. Probably in July so that
K-12 teachers would be free to come. They are often
interested in making murals with their classes.

The university has dorms near the studio so housing would
be available for any people from out of town who registered.
Although I would mostly depend on local participants.

Do you think one week or two?? Any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Ah, hard to figure the length of time.
Teachers who need the continuing ed credits
can likely do two weeks; many others who
might want to participate mightn't have
so much time. Maybe ten days, you could
include the first weekend through the
following Saturday. =3D20

People plan far in
advance for such things; get your format=3D20
set and get busy on the advertising. Having
available housing should help a lot. =3D20

I should think it would go - many are interested
in doing tiles and/or murals. I did one with
a class one spring, a really good experience
for all.=3D20
