I have a TS (pro?) wheel. I have the cup head system, though have not
made as many batts as I should- it works great. I would not call the
wheel quiet, but would in no way compare it to a lawnmower. If quiet is
a requirement- the pedal upgrade may help, or look at a Shimpo Whisper-
which truly are quiet. The TS is strong, but again- I'm not using 30#
of clay on a normal basis either. The pedal has good sensitivity
without the upgrade- I can make it do fractions of a turn accurately.
If I was doing detailed sliptrailing or something then maybe the upgrade
would help.
