first, go to home depot or other store and get a velcro back
brace. all the folks there wear them.
put it on tight.
change the height of your wheel. up or down..just change it.
stand differently.
this has all helped me a great deal.
also, when you go to bed. put a pillow between your
legs. and try sleeping on your other side.
right to left, left to right. who knows how you sleep.
or, as my old orthopedic says:
`you dip, just change things...everything.
pay attention.`
he is 82 and knows everything.
