Our clay and artists here seem in a rut , in my opinion .Everybopening
and sale we seem to attract the same crowd , most in the arts
themselves.
Reaching others in the new market place with attenting fractured
between so many sources with unability to draw the professionals in
other fields who seem left out as target market us a real dilemma.
The art center tried to send out" by invitation only" mailing, but
hardly any showed ?
There are a wide variety of work styles represented in these groups
but something needs to bring in fresh faces .
Any suggestions in this aspect of selling outside the "regulars"( whom
we dearly appreciate,too)!

This past fall, I did a RAFFLE with 3 of my trays and put it on the postcar=

I make about 50 small tea bag holders) and that has =3D0Abrought in many ma=
ny=3D
people,...but the raffle was the best thing I have done.=3D0ANext fall....=

show, take 2 doz =3D0Apostcards, and find a place to put them:=3D0Abagel sh=
ops,=3D
bulletin boards in coffee shops, gyms, rec centers..Ask to have =3D0Athem =

t right near the register where people check out!=3DA0 .....make sure you =
=3D0A=3D
have directions, time, date, everything one would want to know on the card.=

=3D0AAlso mail your cards to local papers for free listing. Nothing works l=
