i have added three pix of bill burgert's home made burners
on my website. clayart page
i doubt he has 75 bucks in real money tied up in those burners.
they work well. and, of course, are well crafted.
and, a reminder, he fires cone 6 reduction, and he is at
a mile high. harder to reach quick temp when in the mountains.
cone 6 is a great temp for a smallish kiln. saves gas, saves time
and the wear and tear on his kiln is really small.
remember, bill schran, diana pancioli and marsha selsor will give a tal=
k
and discussion about 6 reduction at nceca.
