I like using coconut oil. It stays fairly solid most of the time;
becomes like an oil at higher temps, but is light, absorbs quickly
into the skin. No residue and a wonderful smell. Makes you think of
the beach and summer. Very healthy with no petroleum products and you
can even spread it on your toast! Delicious.

Saute' your shrimp in just a touch of coconut oil with leeks, basil,
celery and fresh tomatoes.

A jar from the health food store or some groceries will last a long time.
