Hello May:
I've made teal with equal amounts of chrome oxide and cobalt carbonate.
About 2.5% of each is the max for me. You could also try copper and cobalt
if you fire in Oxidation or copper, chrome, and cobalt. I've also made tea=
l
with cobalt, chrome and rutile. You just have to start testing and you wil=
l
find a combination of oxides that makes the color you like.

Hi May,
I get a nice teal in an alkaline glaze with cobalt plus iron or
rutile. Rutile will give you some texture, which is pretty.
