heavy lifting (for sieving glazes)

I think it was mel who suggested duct taping a plastic and cloth coffee =3D
filter (or a smallish handled mettle mesh sieve) to a broomstick then =3D
waving that around in the glaze bucket to sieve glazes.

You wave it around, then dip it out, rince it, stick it back in and wave =
=3D
it around some more.

Once you've stirred the glaze all up off the bottom with your toilet =3D
brush, this sieve on a stick works a treat. And no lifting.

Maybe it wasn't mel who mentioned it. I think, now, he was taping =3D
something else to the broomstick with duck tape to make a clever tool =3D
but it may not have been a sieve. Maybe I thought off it! ;0)

You can tape your toilet brush to a broomstick as well and then you =3D
won't have to bend over to stir up that glaze. Save your back!

(did I manage to write that and sound like mel?)
