I agree that the Bailey looks just like an "improved" Critter spray gun.
You can get plastic jars for your Critter if you simply use the plastic
pint jars that Amaco glazes and underglazes come in. They fit perfectly on
the Critter gun.
The Critter spray gun is great. I've even sprayed heavy ash glazes with
it. The only problem I have with the gun is that it is not well balanced
with a glaze container attached to it, and it is easy to knock over. After
I broke a Mason jar full of glaze all over the floor, I discoverd that the
Amaco pints fit the gun and are unbreakable. I also have a hook near the
spray booth I use so that I can hang the gun up when I am changing pots in
the spray booth.

Hello,
How right you are=21 I own a Bailey spray gun, and if you lift up the red =
plastic
handle cover it says =22critter=22 stamped on the metal handle. I love it, =
by the
way.
I use it with a portable compressor (a Speedaire) shown in the Bailey =
catalog (I
got it from Grainger for WAY LESS...same model).
The plastic jars are very handy for storage, as well as use. The sprayer =
also
fits the jar openings of commercial glaze containers.
