glaze grinding with a dremel

Diamond bits are the best. I buy mine at a jewelry supply. They are
only about a buck and a half or less each - They will fit the Dremel
tool.
However, two things:

1. The Dremel tool speed should be slower than full-speed to prevent
too much heating. I have a foot pedal controller for my older Dremel.
2. You need to keep the area you are grinding, wet. I use an eye
dropper or a small sponge to drop a few drops of water on the area as
I am working.
If you follow these rules, the diamond bit will last longer and cut
through any glaze like butter!
