4 scoop claybody -- i believe it's mel's recipe

Help! I cannot find Mel's 4 scoop claybody -- it consists of 4 equal
parts of 4 different ingredients. I wanted to mix up a small batch of
it today. I thought I saved it in my google docs but a search is not
turning it up.
