Several years ago ClayArt's eponymous Kelly [Savino] told us about cob =3D
or earth ovens, which really are a great (grate?) idea. The idea being =
=3D
the oven is heated to unbearable heat, then the bread, or whatever put =3D
in, then the oven is sealed, the content cooks, essentially as the oven =3D
cools.

Kelly referred to (in contemporary jargon "referenced" ) a book called =3D
"Build Your Own Earth Oven" by Kiko Denzer. ISBN-0-9679846-0-2. The =3D
book is distributed by Chelsea Green Publishing, White River Junction, =3D
Vt , 800-639-4099. (I paid $14.95, do not know if price remains.)

And there were cites for Kiko Denzer on Internet.

I got the book, and plan to use it. I still am in slow process of =3D
tearing down my woodburning kiln, and clearing the brush around it, so I =
=3D
can use its base for grill, cob oven, and small, very small, tiny in =3D
fact, fuel burning kiln.
