Hi Stephani,

I am having the same trouble as you. Something is really screwed up. It =3D
tells me I am not a subscriber. I tried to change my password and that =3D
had no effect on anything. I've never had any trouble before. I couldn't =
=3D
figure out where to go to try to become a subscriber.

Regards,

John

I had the same problem for several days. Log in, log out, change password=
=3D
,
epic fail as the kid say these days. Finally went to a different browser
(Firefox is my standard, rarely use Internet Exploder) and reapplied for =
=3D
a
new ClayArt account. Used the same old email address, same old password. =
=3D
The
server will send you a security test email that you must respond to, and
then everything works again. Back in Firefox too.

I suspect this would work if you did it from an alternate computer that d=
=3D
id
not have a cookie set to be logged in. BTW, this is one of the good reaso=
=3D
ns
to have a competing browser installed on your computer. You don't have to=
=3D

use it as your default in defiance of Redmond or Cupertino, but having it=
=3D

already installed makes it easy to work around funky little problems. And=
=3D
if
you have a major infarction, you have a way out. If your one-and-only
browser gets borked, you can't use it to download the other in order to g=
=3D
et
out of the hole.

Thanks Dick! This worked for me too.
