Spare parts for Venco Pug Mills are readily available. We at Axner keep
many in stock. We can get others directly from the manufacturer fairly
quickly. It is a testiment to the durability and reliability of the
machine that we have little call for these parts. It turns out that we do
not have the vacuum pump rings in stock but they are available and I have a
fax into Venco now seeking advice with regards to cost. I expect to hear
back that we will be able to get them fairly inexpensively and in very
short order. I will e-mail those specific details directly to the sender
of the original message in the next day or two, but I would be glad to help
any other Venco user with spare part needs.
