work with practice and a little bit of skill. =3D20

Mel, I'm allergic to the wheel and the wheel is allergic to me. I've =3D
tried several times. I've even taken adult ed wheel classes. I either =3D
make myself frustrated, or I make crap.=3D20

I coil build pots. I find coil building soothing and calming. After a =3D
week of: clients who are mad at me because I didn't tell them what they =3D
want to hear, clients who insist on talking while I'm arguing a =3D
suppression motion (client nearly convicted himself last week), clients =3D
who show up 30 minutes late for an appointment and think that's =3D
acceptable (I know the solution; and no, I can't), and court appearances =
=3D
where everything happens at the speed of sound, I NEED calming and =3D
soothing. I need something that takes whatever time it takes.=3D20

I'm not much for production - I get bored too quickly. I need to change =3D
from one form to another. My coiling is getting better. I'm getting =3D
smoother surfaces. I'm getting sizes and shapes I want. I'm working on =3D
some sets - sugar, creamer and teapot; casserole, ladle and tray. If I =3D
wanted plates, I'd use a mold. Hm=3D85. perhaps I should make a plate =3D
mold=3D85.. See what I mean about getting bored quickly?=3D20
