i will let others give you good advice on what to build/how too.
but,
there will be great expense to build a three story
smoke stack. and then the gas system. safety issues.
so, why not build a medium sized
kiln...like 15 cubic feet.
two nice shelf stacks. 30-40 pot kiln.
no sense going tiny with a three story stack.
