Get ready for an action-packed weekend with Steven Branfman! Steven will=3D=
20=3D
begin with a slide presentation overviewing his personal work and clay=3D20=
=3D
collection, and the history of raku. Be ready to ask questions and join i=
=3D
n the=3D20
discussion and conversation. He will demonstrate his throwing and forming=
=3D
=3D20
techniques including his personal surface treatments, inlaid colored glas=
=3D
s=3D20
technique, narrow neck vase shapes, one-handed throwing and expanding=3D20
forms from the inside out, glazing and raku firing. Throughout the weeken=
=3D

Steven will talk about his life, career and experiences as a student, pot=
=3D
ter,=3D20
teacher, writer and businessman. Bring your questions and don't forget yo=

cameras and notebooks! No experience is necessary. If you enroll as a=3D20
Participant, bring 4-5 pieces of ware no larger than 10" high and 5" wide=
