Hi All,
This year at our annual holiday sale at Monocacy River Pottery, held the
weekend before Thanksgiving, we would like to include a couple of folks who
are working in media other than clay in order to round out our presentatio=
n.
I know this is a clay forum, but am just wondering if any of you know of
anyone in the commutable Washington, DC/Frederick, Maryland areas who might
be interested in participating.
We do very nice, professionally designed postcards and have a large mailing
list. A couple of us (maybe three) will have wood fired and cone 6
oxidation pottery for sale. The new recruits could be jewelers or fiber
artists, glass artists, or wood workers.
They would need to have their own display materials and their own list of
clients.
The commission is 35% and this has been a very successful event for over 28
years. We just want to broaden our audience a bit.
