If you are using this with an Apple product, make an appointment at an =3D
Apple store with the "genius bar". Don't just walk in. They will have =3D
the square there and can find out if the one you have is faulty. My =3D
partner hasn't had any trouble with hers' but a friend who was here for =3D
the Ann Arbor Art Fair did. We made an appointment and took her over to =3D
the store. They spent over two hours fixing the problem. During that =3D
time they were on the phone to AT&T for what seemed like forever. Bottom =
=3D
line, they got the problem solve. Not knocking the guys at Best Buy, but =
=3D
if it's an Apple product you are using they are the best place to go. =3D20=
