Looking for a nice way to end the summer? There are still some spots open
in my three-day throwing workshop here in Nelson County, Virginia. It runs
Friday - Sunday August 31 - September 2. Since time is short and spots are
still available, I'm opening it to two-day participants who can only make
it for the weekend.
These workshops work well for a range of skill sets -- students who can
already center and throw, right up to working potters who want a few days
to try new techniques, or to see how someone else solves making and design
problems. (If I were not teaching this one, I would be a potential
participant...)
We'll make pots all day 9 to 5, and the studio is open for evening
practice. The workshop fee of $120 per day covers all materials and daytime
