i have seen some pretty amazing results from
the crystal glazes that joe koons designed for laguna.

i know, that results vary...and all of those types
of glazes can be tricky. what works for one, does
not work for another.

we are going to move to some bill schran
type crystal glazes at hay creek next year...it was on
kurt's `to do` list, so....we will go after it.
we hope to drag bill to wisconsin to teach it.

No dragging will take place.
I will not stand for dragging!
I have been invited and I will come with bells on.
Been giving some thought to possibilities.
I will share all I know, then ask what if....?

I know of a Korean potter who did crystalline glazes in a wood fired kiln.
I shared a stage with him back in 2005 at Lattice Structures,
a show and conference on all things crystalline.
