The 20th Annual Strictly Functional Pottery National will open Friday,
September 14,=3D20
in Lancaster PA. The gala opening reception features gourmet =3D
refreshments,
live music,=3D20
and a lecture and gallery walk/talk by Juror Jack Troy. The hours are 6 =3D
to 9
p.m. and=3D20
admission is $15.
The exhibit will be open free to the public Saturday, September 15, =3D
through
Sunday,=3D20
November 4. Exhibit hours are Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., =3D
Saturdays,
10 a.m to 4 p.m. and Sundays, noon to 4 p.m.
The work of many clayarters is in the exhibit.
In connection with the exhibit, Jack Troy will give a demonstration
workshop,=3D20
"Functional Pots -- the Space Within, the Space Without" Saturday, =3D
September
15,=3D20
from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The $40 workshop fee includes admission to the =3D
opening
reception.
