Dear Clay Art friends.
just a note to clarify that the hospitality room at nceca is the `clayart
hospitality room`....i have only arranged it...(and paid for it.)..
i will just be one of the participants.

i have been in contact with the `worthington` and am trying to arrange
a daily reception with bar and snacks, but they are not being very
cooperative at this point.....but i will work on it. (they seem to want a
very large bar guarantee)
the room should be open for you 24 hours a day....just to have a place to
meet friends and chat.

Joe is going to do a breakout session during the conference, but it would
be nice if you would bring friends that are interested in clayart
around to meet people. (and of course they can have questions answered
about clayart)

Well, they needn't cooperate if they don't want. I expect that
there'll be ice and soft drinks nearby, and people could - ah-
well - provide their own what-ever-else they might like. You
know, like, potato chips or - ummmmmm- gumdrops-maybe, or perhaps
- well, the imagination boggles. I expect people can figure out
what they want, and provide it one way or another. Potters are
notorious for making do. A place to meet is nice, any case.
And, I think maybe I'll
just leave a bowl or something with the Clayart buttons in, people
can pick one up if they fancy it. Haven't figured out how many
to make, yet; whatever I've time for, maybe.
