I just went to my book shelf and counted all the books i have on ceramics.....
i have at least... 37.........
i didn't count the ceramics monthly ... clay times.... american craft....
out of all the teachers.... classes.... books...workshops.... i can honestly
say that i have learned the most from clay art...... if i had a group of
potters i could sit around and listen to talk about stuff... that would be a
different thing... but. i am just a dude on the puter........ i have
learned alot... so thanks to all.. including the glaze police and all the
other.. folks... who take alot of stuff serious... so i can learn from
them.....

Hank,
I second that sentiment, but do have to add that I have had the pleasure of
meeting some wonderful people by-way of seminars and classes, that BTW, that
were given by our fellow clayarters!
I am now benifitting from the knowledge gained in workshops from such folks as
Paul Lewing, Craig Martell and Akio Takamori (who isn't a clayarter, but had
his workshop mentioned here).

Clayart list does provide vaulable information on a day-to-day basis.
Thanks Clayart!
