Vacuum cleaner sprayers are not like normal spray guns. The regular (~1
1/4") vacuum cleaner hose fits into the vacuum cleaner sprayer and blows
across a large syphon tube from the glaze container. No small orfices
involved. Lousy for spraying paint, great for glazes at around 1.15 specific
gravity. And the container threads are canning jar threads, so switching
glazes is a breeze. Drop by your friendly neighborhood Sears, or a vacuum
cleaner place and they'll show you.
I spray with everything from airbrushes to Binks detail guns, to Binks #7
pot guns, but for spraying a large amount of glaze evenly on a big pot, it's
hard to beat the el cheapo vacuum cleaner sprayer.
Hope this helps,
Roger
