mike williams the guide to mata ortez has sent me the following.
We have 4 spaces left for our class in June, running June 14-20. Students
will study under Carmen and Jesus Veloz in the mornings. As usual, all
materials, including clay, molds, paint and brushes are provided and the
finished products, molds and brushes made from the children's hair are
property of the students.
Afternoons will be free time, however, we will be offering practical Spanish
classes, as well as horseback riding and the chance to work as a cowboy for
three afternoons (these tours necessitate an extra fee).
Cost for 6 nights and all meals at the Posada de las Ollas, pottery class
and final night Mexican fiesta is:
$349.00 double occupancy, $409.00 single. Arrangements can be made to pick
up students at El Paso International airport for transfer to and from Mata
Ortiz, Chihuahua.
