white slip for bisque ware

Looking for a recipe for a white slip to be applied on bisqued stoneware.
One that does not flake, takes colorants or stains ,does not use calcined
kaolin if possible (we do not have any in the studio right now...).^4 to^10

This is a white slip for both bisque & bonedry ware. It has a lot of
ingredients, but it does work.

EPK kaolin 30
OM-4 ball clay 30
Custer feldspar 50
Silica 100
Whiting 15
Borax* 15
Nepheline Sy 60
Frit 3124 100
Zircopax 100

*Measure amount & dissolve in hot to boiling water priior to adding to
other ingredients.
