As a newbie who has tried unsuccessfully to stay away from the whole ITC
discussion, I must say I am much clearer from what Jeff had to say. This
clear presentation of factual information has made my stay on Clayart a
pleasure.

I am going to take a break from Clayart now and begin a new community
publication (Newspapers were my first thing) and relagate the the
pottery to second place on my list of priorities.

By my standards, I have accomplished a great deal in four months. My
work is in three local galleries and I have received a few well paying
commissions.

Once things are running a bit smoother with the bread winner (newspaper)
I hope to swing back to the wheel in a big way.

Anyway, that's my way of saying thank you to all who have listened to my
pratle over the past four months and provided the most valuable
fellowhip I could have hoped for in the arts of throwing and glazing.

Sincerely,
Dave
