pacifica wheels and the riot act

Ok I cannot resist adding my two cents on this issue...

I purchased a Pacifica GT400 wheel over a year ago. At the time, I had been
doing several television show guest spots and had moved my wheel in and out of
the van, back in forth to the studio several times. I began experiencing the
same type of problems previously described... its own...> setting...>

Unfortunately, I had several big orders to fill at the same time and began
stressing out because I could not feasibly use my "new" wheel. I suspected
the problem was in the foot pedal and attempted to "adjust it/beat the hell
out of it", to no avail. Needless to say, in my distressed state of mind, I
commenced to "read" the poor folks at Laguna "The Riot Act" (A NYC term for
chewing some Butt), expressing my sincere displeasure with their product and
the severe inconvenience this situation has caused me..

They eventually sent me a new pedal and control box to solve the problem.
When I went to switch them out I realized that the plug from motor to the
control panel had been knocked loose in all the moving. As soon as I pushed
this plug in all the way the problems with my wheel ended.

I switched the parts out anyway and shipped the old one back to Laguna, never
saying a word and somewhat embarrassed I had given them such a hard time.

So as a recommendation to those out there experiencing this problem... please
check the plug first, then you may freely "read" Laguna the "Riot Act".

Best Wishes,
