pacifica wheels "creeping"

I apologize for my delay in responding to the thread on "creeping"
Pacifica wheel heads. The problem you have observed is rare but not
unheard of, and it results from one of two causes: UPS on newer
wheels, and time on older wheels. In the control box there is a dial
that tells the motor to stop working when the foot pedal is in the
"off" position. Sometimes this dial can be vibrated out of position
through the jostling of shipment or years of wheel operation. All
that is required to stop the "creep" is a minor adjustment with a
screwdriver.

If your Pacifica is creeping, Jim Kassebaum or Lenny Larson can walk
you through the repair over the phone in ten minutes. Just have a
screwdriver handy and call from the wheel. If you prefer to have
Laguna make the adjustment, call Carla Fries for a return
authorization, and we will make the adjustment the day we receive the
control box and return it to you the next day.
