Hey Everyone,
A few months ago we were discussing the topic of laying tile and then
spraying or brushing on some type of sealant over the tile so that the grout
would be especially easy to remove from the (non-grouted) surface. I am
doing some detailed mosaic/ sculptural work (i.e. not floor tile work). My
question is what was the name of the sealant to use for this? I don't
recall that any brand names were given pertaining to this. Also, there are
probably more than one so I suppose the more the merrier. Thanks yal,

What you are looking for is a grout release....can be purchased at your local
tile store.
I've also heard of using pam, but I'd experiment with that first.

Hi Kosmas and All,

The sealant recommended by Linda Blossom was called Sealer's Choice made by
Aqua Mix.

Hope this helps.....E.
